The TRX Suspension Trainer is a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
low impact trx
All the benefits of a regular TRX class, but preformed in a slow progressive format. Individuals will get a chance to really learn the exercises so they can then execute them in a safe, effective, stress-free manor. Perfect for those who have been sedentary for a while, who have injuries – new or old, or anyone looking for a class that uses movement to open, elongate, and strengthen the body.
trx bootcamp
A high impact, circuit-style workout that gets the heart rate up by using a series of high intensity interval training segments to blast fat, improve endurance, strengthen the body, and challenge your mind.
mat pilates
Our mat Pilates classes condition the total body through a series of controlled movements that strengthen the core and tone and lengthen muscles. Emphasis is placed on the breath, mindful movement as well as variations for advanced and beginner practitioners.
Spinning classes are done in our studio with an instructor on a lead bike calling out commands. Trainers guide you through workout phases with sprints, climbs, up-tempo cadences all accompanied by energizing and inspiring music. You control the resistance on your bike to make pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Water and towels recommended. Regular sneakers or SPD cleats.
zumba/aqua zumba
Zumba is a dance fitness program that involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included. Aqua Zumba takes place in a pool, with the added benefit of underwater resistance and decreased impact on the joints.
