TRX
The Total Resistance eXercise (TRX) is a suspension training bodyweight exercise class which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises at your own pace, at your own level. The fifty-minute class is a great aerobic workout stimulating every muscle in your body!
 
AQUA AEROBICS
Water Fitness in our pool! A shallow water, medium intensity, low-impact workout using water and equipment for resistance, toning muscles and increasing endurance, strength and flexibility.
 
BOOTCAMP
S.I.Y.F.'s Bootcamp is an intense group workout that combines both cardio and strength/resistance training to tone and tighten from head-to-toe.  Although physically demanding, participants of all fitness levels work together to achieve the results they deserve using well-researched methods like calisthenics and plyometrics.
 
MAT PILATES
Our mat Pilates classes condition the total body through a series of controlled movements that strengthen the core and tone and lengthen muscles. Emphasis is placed on the breath, mindful movement as well as variations for advanced and beginner practitioners.
 
SPIN
Spinning classes are done in our studio with an instructor leading you on your ride. You are guided through workout phases with sprints, climbs, up-tempo cadences all accompanied by energizing and inspiring music. You control the resistance on your bike to make pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Water and towels recommended. Regular sneakers or SPD cleats.

SPIN GOLD
Spin at a slightly slower pace - designed for active older adults or those new to spinning. You control the resistance on your bike to make pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave exhilarated! Water and towels recommended. Regular sneakers or SPD cleats.

ZUMBA GOLD
Zumba is a aerobic fitness program that involves Latin dance elements. Zumba Gold’s easy-to-follow choreography is perfect for active older adults looking for the original dance moves you love at a lower intensity. The Hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves focus on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
